This photo isn't real.
It's a misty mountain ridge at sunrise — a lone hiker in a red jacket, golden light cutting through low clouds. One sentence of motion later, it's a five-second clip. Same credit balance. No monthly reset.
Still → motion, in plain steps
- Pick a still that already works. Composition and light matter more than the model name.
- Write a motion prompt like a camera note, not a novel. Ours was: slow cinematic push-in, mist drifting left to right, jacket flapping gently, sun flare growing, steady camera, 5 seconds.
- Run Image-to-video (we used Veo 3.1 on ModelPix). Check cost before generate. Retry only if the motion is wrong — don't burn credits re-rolling taste.
Why multi-model helps
One still can look better on Flux 2; the same motion prompt may look better on Kling or Veo. A shared credit balance means you can try the image model and the video model without juggling three subscriptions that all expire on different days.
The pricing bet
ModelPix sells credit packs, not a subscription with expiring monthly credits:
- Starter $14.99
- Pro $29.99 (Popular)
- Max $49.99 (Best value)
- Power $199 (Beta Access)
Credits never expire. Failed generations refund. Cost shows before you hit generate. Payment today is Telegram Stars.
Subscriptions are easier for forecasting. Packs may convert worse. We're watching that on purpose.
What we don't do here
No Unrestricted / 18+ examples in this post. Default ModelPix is SFW; adult tools stay behind an age gate on the site.

If you build in bursts instead of every day, ask your tool one question before you top up: what happens to unused credits next month?
