In the proposed framework, multiple pinching antennas (PAs) are deployed along a segmented vertical dielectric waveguide to serve communication users (CUs), aerial users (AUs), and sensing target (ST). CUs are distributed on the ground, whereas AUs and ST are above the ground, where line-of-sight (LoS) and non-line-of-sight (NLoS) propagation conditions coexist. In particular, SWAN provides an effective platform for realizing EDMA by reducing the effective propagation distance and in-waveguide attenuation, thereby suppressing co-channel interference and enabling efficient multi-user transmission. The communication and sensing model are formulated, followed by the corresponding SINR expressions. We formulate the statistical characterizations for the combination of LoS and NLoS propagation for CUs, and LoS propagation for AUs and sensing channels for generalized multi-user, multi-PA scenarios. Based on these statistical characterizations, the segment outage and sensing outage probabilities are derived and evaluated for the generalized framework. The asymptotic evaluation is also done at a high transmit signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) to gain further insights. The results show that the proposed framework outperforms the conventional H-SWAN and single vertical pinching antenna system (V-PASS) in terms of segment outage probability, sensing outage probability, and segment sum rate. Monte Carlo simulation results closely match the analytical results, validating the accuracy of the derived expressions.
