The problem was small and daily: as a UT Austin student I kept searching for the same official links again and again, dining menus, course pages, library hours, the same forms, and the answers sit scattered across dozens of university pages.

So I built ut01, a single searchable navigation page for UT Austin students, in English and Chinese. It is a fork of the open source USTC Navigation project (ustc.life), adapted for UT. Static site, no backend, no login, no ads.

The real work is not the code, it is maintenance. A navigation page lives or dies on link freshness, so the repo is contributor first: adding or fixing a link is a one line change, issues are the roadmap, and dead link reports are welcome from anyone.

What is next: a referral page collecting free student AI credits, and a collaborator drive before spring term link checks.

If you run a student resource at another school, fork it. If you are at UT and spot a dead link, open an issue on GitHub.
