Want AI to answer in a specific way? Don't just tell it. Show it.
In this episode of Prompt Pad, @rosendo_pili explores few-shot prompting: giving your model a few examples so it knows exactly how you want it to respond.
The tip in a nutshell
Describing the output you want only goes so far. When you include a handful of example inputs and responses in your prompt, the model picks up on the pattern and follows it, whether that's a specific format, tone, or style. Instead of guessing what "good" looks like, it has a model answer to work from.
Try it yourself
Pick a task where the AI's responses keep missing the mark. Add two or three examples of what a great answer looks like, then run your prompt again and compare. Share your before-and-after in the comments 👇
